The neck is made of hard maple with a red oak fret board. Frets are made of stainless steel with a clear finish.

The body is made of 4 quarter 15/16″ thick popular wood, for lighter weight with a 13/16″ cavity cut with a router in a heart shape on the back. The front plate is cut out for the pickup and volume controls. Both plates are glued and clamped, then the hardware is installed: jack, pickups, volume controls, and pick guard. Two coats of paint along with a final clear coat finish the guitar.
